Graham W. Fountain is a retired State Law Enforcement Executive and the President of G.W. Fountain & Associates, a governmental and corporate consulting company in Tallahassee, Florida. He has served in various public safety positions during his career including Director (Law Enforcement Colonel) of Commercial Vehicle Law Enforcement for the Florida Department of Transportation, Undersheriff and Deputy Sheriff of Okaloosa County, Chief Investigator for the State Comptroller's Department of Banking and Finance, and Law Enforcement Investigator II with the Florida Office of Treasurer, Insurance Commissioner, and Fire Marshall. Graham's love for history, politics, music, writing, and public speaking is well known. He is a former Vice-President and First Chair bass player in the famed Troy State University "Sound of the South" band, and is a member of the Worship and Creative Arts Ministry at Celebration Baptist Church in Tallahassee.

Warren L. Halstrom is the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Celebration Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida. He has a  long and distinguished career in the Music Ministry and has served on the staff at three churches in Tallahassee and Jacksonville, Florida. Warren holds a master's degree in choral conducting and has written and arranged numerous musical works in the world of classical, jazz, and contemporary Christian music. During his years as a Christian recording artist, he release two award winning projects and toured abroad as a worship leader with Billy Graham Ministries, Campus Crusade for Christ and Promise Keepers. He is an accomplished singer, composer, pianist, and music teacher, having performed in area churches, charity and non-profit concerts, and for members of the Florida Legislature during the Christian Leadership Conference Programs.
